Villa Astrea is situated in a serene location on the south of the island of Zakynthos, above the famous Bay of Laganas and only a short 1.5 km from the sandy beaches of Kalamaki and also Laganas within the protected marine park (the largest nesting ground for careta careta turtles in the area).
This unique architect designed villa is set in the peace and tranquility of the gentle hillside, while its elevated position gives spectacular views across the bay and the hinterland beyond.
Security Deposit Policy – Villa Astrea
Upon arrival at Villa Astrea, guests are kindly requested to provide a cash security deposit of €600. This amount serves as a guarantee for any potential damages or losses that may occur during the stay.
The full amount of the deposit will be returned in cash upon departure, provided that no damage has been caused to the property, its furnishings, or equipment.
